Provisional (intern) membership fee: $140 (inc. GST)

Instalment fees: Half-yearly $74 • Quarterly $40 • Monthly $14

Eligibility: Provisional Pharmacist membership is for pharmacists who have provisional registration to practice pharmacy in Australia under an intern training program (or equivalent). See AdPha's constitution for a full definition. 

Please provide your Ahpra number on your application as your registration status is checked prior to membership being granted.
