Advancing Australia's Pharmacy Workforce
Released in 2019, Advancing Australia's Pharmacy Workforce is a visionary document that ties together years of planning to show how the programs and initiatives of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia, now trading as Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha), supports members in their everyday work, while fostering a broader healthcare environment in which our profession can maximise its impact on patient care.
Open Advancing Australia's Pharmacy Workforce
Transformation 2024
Released in 2023, Transformation 2024, provides a bridge from the former strategic plan to the new, through foundational investment in digital platforms leading to the launch of Communities, recognition through the founding of the Australian and New Zealand College of Advanced Pharmacy (ANZCAP), and the addition of a Technician Board Director position, supported by an 86% ‘yes’ vote by members in May 2024.
