

This webinar will explore some of the principles of change management, including various 'change models' that members might, or might not, be familiar with. The presenters will demonstrate the application of these principles in practice, with two of hospital colleagues providing insight into their own experiences. They will explore how they acted as 'change champions or agents', took people on a journey, overcame barriers, and facilitated successful implementation of new technology for medicines storage.

Diana Sandulache is the Deputy Director of Pharmacy – Workforce and Culture at Alfred Health in Melbourne, and a member of AdPha’s Leadership and Management Leadership Committee and Education and Educational Visiting Leadership Committee. Diana manages the workforce of a department of 400 staff, as well as overseeing recruitment, staffing, rostering and wellness programs. Diana also leads the education portfolio, having significant experience in the set up on education and training initiatives, such as the Foundation and Advanced Residency programs and credentialing programs for expanding the scope of practice. Diana is very passionate about hospital pharmacy, with a focus on ensuring that staff are supported, trained and engaged.
This activity has been accredited for 0.75 hours of Group-1 CPD (or 0.75 CPD credits), suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan.
