Intern program information
We take 2 interns each year who get to enjoy an exciting range of practice including medical, surgical, ED, ICU, sterile manufacturing and so much more!
Each of our interns gets a dedicated Preceptor to guide them through the year and the wealth of knowledge and experience from the rest of our pharmacy team.
We undertake 2-3 monthly rotations through most areas of the hospital, with weekly education sessions.
AWH also offers the Monash Intern Foundation Program for those looking to fast-track their qualifications.
If you’re a self-starter and passionate about regional health this might be just what you're looking for.
